This proven, third-generation technology inserts UHF and HF inlays under die-cut blank or pre-printed labels and validates the finished product.  Control and monitoring is accomplished through the new pendant station which houses an industrial touch screen PC.  Pre-printed labels with widths from 20 mm to 200 mm can be applied at rates from 5,000 to 20,000 labels per hour.

A host of additional features (including matrix rewind, and checking tag integrity before and after insertion) make this a cost-effective RFID solution.
