Microperforation Needling Equipment
For the hot needling of film- like web materials

The three available VentPerf-Hot systems vary in the amount of energy drawn, diameter of the needle roll and frame strength. This allows improved speed ranges and a higher needle density.

All three VentPerf systems are also available as stand-alone systems with unwinds and rewinds. These new systems from Schober USA are made of corrosion-proof galvanized steel & stainless steel with spray painted frames. Digital temperature displays and temperature controls are standard features.

If integrated as In-Line Systems (slave), it will activate when the roll temperature is reached and brought up to web speed. The pneumatically activated thermo screen will open and the needle roll will be pneumatically lowered. At minimum speed or machine stop signal, the reverse automated action will take place. The systems may also run under operator control.
