The two VentPerf-Cold systems vary in the size of the needle and anvil rolls. This variety allows increased speeds and a higher needle density with possible speeds up to 600 ft/min and up to 250 needles /sq inch.

The VentPerf-Cold systems are easily integrated into in-line processes. The VentPerf-Cold - M is also available as a stand-alone system with unwinds and rewinds. Pneumatically activated lowering is available as an option for both the VentPerf-Cold - S and VentPerf-Cold - M. The optional motor driven needle roll and a slave system for automated processes are only available for the VentPerf-Cold - M.
